A note to my customers...  updated December 15, 2008

It's been a difficult few months, but it looks like the worst is over.  I've had wonderful support from my friends and customers through this time, and I really appreciate it.   I'm back on track now and hope that I can continue to bring you quality products and service for a long time to come!
