These are solitaire round rhinestones in a traditional square four-prong setting.  They are available in silver or gold settings and can be made in almost any color:

The rings fit on any of Cissy's fingers and on Kitty Collier's index finger or thumb (fit on Kitty's pinkie is a little loose).
