Ordering Information

I try to keep most of my rhinestone jewelry for 15" - 16" fashion dolls in stock and ready to ship, but sometimes I need a few days to make up an order.  If you are ordering for other sizes of dolls, it may take longer to process.  I try to keep most of my wigs, shoes and accessories in stock.  If I am out of stock, I will let you know and try to give you an estimated date for when I will have them again.  In most cases, I do not ask for money in advance for pre-orders of out of stock items, unless it is a special order (like a quantity or style/size that I don't normally stock).

Orders: I accept payments by  money order, cashier's check, personal check, and by credit card via PayPal.  I usually ship on the business day following receipt of payment.  Items paid by personal check will be held for 7 - 10 days for check clearing.  I try to ship PayPal orders immediately, but sometimes need a few days to make up your order. To place an order, e-mail me at applefrien@aol.com.   You can send PayPal payment to me directly or ask me to send you a PayPal invoice.  Please do not send any payment before confirming that I have items in stock.

Shipping: Shipping is additional.

Domestic US shipping - minimum costs are $5.50 Priority Mail or $2.75 padded envelope/1st class mail. 

International shipping - First Class Air Mail in a padded envelope starts at $5.00.   Priority Mail International (Flat Rate or Regular) and Express Mail shipping options are also available.  Tracking is not available on First Class or Priority Mail Flat Rate.   Priority Mail Flat Rate is $14 to Canada and $18 to other destinations.  Typically, Priority Mail with tracking is $31 - $38 ($24 ro Canada) and Express Mail with tracking is $36 - $43 ($30 - $33 for Canada).

Please Note:  I am sometimes traveling for various doll shows.  They are usually posted on the main page of my website.  Emails and orders may be delayed around the show dates, as I am packing and unpacking for the trip.  I will do my best to let you know when there might be a delay due to my travel schedule.  If you are planning to attend one of those shows, I am happy to bring orders with me.
