Tips for holding wigs on your bald doll's head

  • Moleskin (available in foot care aisle of the drug store)
  • Double stick tape
  • Sticky back Velcro (the prickly side grips best, but will also snag hair)
  • Laure Belle's Silicone Wig Caps (shown at right)

Laure Belle wig caps are available in sizes:

  • 4 (for Barbie, Fashion Royalty and 23cm BJD's)  $6
  • 5 (for Sybarite, Tyler, Gene, Kinetic)  $8
  • 6 (for CED's) $8
  • 7-8 (for Tonner American Models and Mini-BJD's) $10
  • 8-9 (for 60cm BJD's) $10

Laure Belle's Silicone Wig Caps on Fashion Royalty

These stretchy clear silicone wig caps give an ideal non-slip surface and help with wig fit.  They come as a full head cap (covering ears & forehead) and need to be trimmed to size.  These are really terrific!  Try it for one doll and you'll want one for all of them!

The wigs are available in many colors... some more than others.  I show below all available colors for each style.   I have done my best to photograph the colors accurately, but there may be some color differences in computer monitors, brightness, etc.  I try to keep most wigs in stock, but sometimes things are out of stock or on back order.
